Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a written agreement, deposits paid to Madison Sky Construction are non-refundable after the expiration of any applicable cancellation period.

Labor has been scheduled
Permits have been obtained
Engineering services have been performed
Project planning has occurred
Project-related costs have been incurred

Madison Sky Construction reserves the right to retain all or a portion of the deposit to offset such expenses.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever practicable.
